This is our most popular package as it provides the most detail and information for construction, soliciting bids and overall needs for the contractors involved in your project. In most cases the plans are a part of the contract on a home and thus the more information you have the less likely you are to get in trouble. Also in the design process in order to get the information that goes into the plans you have to do your homework and make key decisions along the way.

Someone that has built several houses has already established the relationships with subcontractors and suppliers and will also more than likely be available on site at any given time to answer questions and oversee the work performed.

Conceptual Design Package:
This package is a "Not For Construction" basic conceptual layout with a Front Elevation. This is a good tool for submitting to a Design Approval Committee or a Construction Lender prior to going through the expense of a full house plan. If you chose this package and then decide to upgrade to one of our other packages we will discount the upgrade to offset some of the cost of the concept design.
