From Green Building to Energy Savings and Savings per Square Foot in the construction of your home we know how to get it done for you and will work hard to insure your satisfaction.

We use the most  advanced, up to date CAD (Computer Aided Design) Software in our house plan design process. In addition our commitment to yearly continuing education in industry related areas makes us one of the best sources for custom plans and services available. Due to the knowledge and experience gained in the construction field we have a broad perspective of what you the customer needs and also what you will face in getting your dream home built. We offer this valuable and committed service to all of our customers and guarantee your complete and total satisfaction.

Residential Construction Consulting Services:

 We are happy to offer project specific consulting by the hour. As I have designed and built many houses in my career I feel qualified to offer my knowledge and expertise to you as it relates to your project needs. As we work with allot of owner builders or clients that are going to be heavily involved in the construction of their new home we find this to be a very valuable helpful service. I have enjoyed working beyond the design phase with many of our customers and find it not only appreciated but highly rewarding for me.

Consulting Services by the Hour:

Charge for this service are by the hour with a one hour minimum. This way you only pay for what you need and nothing more. Rates vary depending on the issue but are based on a $25.00 per hour average. This service is fast and very simple to get set up. Feel free to call if I can be of help.

3D Architectural Rendering:

Three Dimensional Renderings are a very valuable tool in the design process. Realistic views and study plans put you in the picture and help make important choices on the design of the project.
